Privacy notice

Tax Pro Payday™ is a financial workflow tracker for independent tax professionals. It is not tax-return preparation software.

What we store

Your account email, dashboard preferences, season goals, and the records you enter: client reference IDs or nicknames, optional limited contact info, fees, commission terms, statuses, payouts, expenses, and referral bonuses.

What we never ask for

Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, tax return files, W-2/1099 images, taxpayer bank account numbers, or refund account credentials. Please don't enter these in notes. Use client aliases or reference IDs.

Who can see your data

Every record is tied to your account and protected by database access rules so only you can read or change it. Administrators do not view client ledgers in routine operations.

Retention, export and deletion

Records are never deleted automatically. You can export everything as CSV at any time from More → Data & privacy, delete individual records, or permanently delete your account and all its records from the same screen.
